Monda Forrestal brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, strategic communications, and educational leadership to her role as Communications Manager at Cassidy Law.

She began her career in marketing with a specialization in branding and messaging—skills that she brings to Cassidy Law’s social media, newsletters, and communications.

Monda has over two decades as an award-winning educator, including recognition as Teacher of the Year in 2019, and has led national and international workshops, including projects connecting educators and students in Lithuania.

Monda’s engagement philosophy combines her huge heart with a creative spirit and a drive to get things done which keeps the firm’s communications timely, focused, and engaging.

At Cassidy Law, Monda manages the firm’s social media and newsletter outreach, ensuring business leaders and innovators receive content that is informative and resonates. Beyond conducting outreach activities, she plays a key role in supporting Cassidy Law’s partnerships and networking initiatives. She engages with the almost 200 lawyers in the League of Women Lawyers, a D.C. area networking group for women lawyers who run or manage a small firm. Her work strengthens Cassidy Law’s community connections and amplifies its mission to serve entrepreneurs and growth-focused companies.

Outside of the firm, her engaging and lively personality ensures she is involved in more activities than could ever reasonably be listed, such as a book club, Alpha Delta Kappa—an international honorary organization for women educators—and several community volunteer projects.
