The American Conference Institute generously invited Margaret to present at its 8th National Forum on Foreign, Ownership, Control and Interest (FOCI). Margaret’s topic – National Interest Determinations (NID) that the U.S. government needs to make before giving classified information to certain FOCI businesses performing U.S. Government contracts.
