Nadine Tushe, Esq.

Nadine Tushe joins Cassidy Law from federal government service, where she held senior compliance positions with the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Agency for International Development. She holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University. She is a Certified Anti-Moneylaundering Specialist (CAMS) and Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS), and a member of the Maryland Bar. In her work for the U.S. government, Nadine has advised on financial crime, suspension and debarment, and regulatory compliance in diverse settings from humanitarian aid in conflict zones to infrastructure investments by high net-worth individuals, and has conducted trainings on best practices in the United States and abroad. She has seen that compliance done well can be both a powerful defense and a valuable proactive asset for companies and their government counterparts.

A Cleveland-native, she lives in North Bethesda, MD with her husband and two girls. Outside of the office, she enjoys making music and working on her run time.
