Jaye is an attorney with Cassidy Law and calls upon her experience clerking for the Honorable Senior Judge Thomas J. Lydon in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to efficiently and effectively research regulatory and legal issues in the areas of government procurement, corruption, national security, trade sanctions, and ethics and compliance requirements.

Jaye initially developed her trial skills as a trial attorney for the Tax Division of the US Department of Justice where she represented the interests of the Internal Revenue Service.

After several years with the Department of Justice, Jaye left the full time practice of law to focus on her family. However, she continued to use her litigation and research experience working part-time for several small firms with extensive litigation practices.

Jaye is a member of the American Bar Association, Business Law Section Corporate Compliance Committee and of the Fairfax Bar Association.

Jaye earned a B.S. from the University of Vermont and her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in Portland, Maine.

She is a member of the D.C., Virginia, and Maine (inactive) bars.
